• 주제: Matlab 을 이용한 fMRI 데이터 처리
(시각자극에 대한 시각피질의 반응 분석을 중심으로)

• 대상: fMRI 데이터 처리에 관심있는 대학원생 30-40명 내외
기본적인 Matlab command 유경험자 혹은 time series, image, processing에 대한 기초적인 이해를
갖추고 있을 것
• Matlab 에 대한 사전경험이 없는 참가자의 경우 Matlab for Neuroscientists (Wallisch et al., Academic Press, Elsevier) chapter 1,2 숙지해 올 것

• 실습내용
(1) fMRI data preprocessing: from raw data to normalized percent BOLD signals
(2) General linear model for estimating the time series of fMRI responses
(3) Estimation of amplitudes of fMRI signal
