Abstract
First, I would like to start by giving a short introduction on the basic physical principles behind the method of magnetoencephalography. Special focus is put towards the Elekta Neuromag device Vectorview. I am also going to discuss the Neuromag noise suppression methods and its applications.
In the second part of my talk I would like to present recent results from experiments on the processing of syntax in language. The experiments also were conducted in the MEG device and analyzed using the MNE package and the SPM8 package. For the latter study we investigated dynamical causal modeling and observed that a magnetically silent, deep source appears to improve the dynamical model. This is an interesting extension to the classical localization
of MEG data, because we were able to conclude about the existence of an invisible source.

- "노천강당 사범대" 정류장에서 하차
(마을버스는 서울대 후문을 지나 학교로 들어서서 "기숙사 삼가리"를 지난 후 바로 학교 안쪽으로 들어갑니다. 여기 정류장이 "노천강당 사범대"입니다.)
- 버스 정류장에서 아래쪽으로 계속 걸어내려감 (약 100미터) -> 오른쪽에 유리벽으로된 건물이 신양인문학술관 입니다.
[차로 오시는 경우]
- 남부순환로에서 낙성대 방면으로 진입 -> 서울대 후문 통과
- 삼거리에서 우회전 -> 바로 좌측에 주차건물
(혹시 차단기가 내려져있어서 들어갈 수 없으면, 반대방향으로 차를 돌리셔서 오른쪽으로 나있는 첫번째 진입로로 들어가십시오. 아래로 내려가다 보면 주차 공간이 있습니다. 이곳에서 아래쪽으로 계속 걸어내려가면 (약 100미터) -> 오른쪽에 유리벽으로된 건물이 신양인문학술관 입니다.)
- 주차장에서 나와 계단을 내려가면 만나는 길에서 오른쪽으로 계속 내려감 -> 왼편에 유리벽으로 덮인 건물이 신양인문학술관 입니다.)
